1. Our services

Zylark is a digital growth studio. We design websites, build automations, deploy AI voice agents, and provide related consulting to help businesses solve problems and grow. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of any project are agreed separately in writing before work begins. Information on this website is for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or a guarantee of specific results.

2. Project timelines

Delivery times depend on the size and complexity of the work. Larger or more complex projects can take several weeks or longer to complete. Any timeline we share is a good-faith estimate and may be extended where the scope changes, where we are waiting on information, feedback, content or approvals from you, or due to factors outside our reasonable control. We will keep you informed of progress throughout.

3. Payments, refunds & free corrections

Payments made to Zylark are non-refundable. Once work has been booked or started, fees paid cannot be refunded.

However, we stand behind our work: if there is any flaw, bug, error or reasonable correction needed in what we have delivered, we will fix it completely free of charge. Free corrections apply to the agreed scope of your project; new features or additional work requested beyond that scope may be quoted separately.

4. Use of the website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, interfere with its normal operation, introduce malicious code, or use it in any way that could damage or impair the site or another person's use of it.

5. Intellectual property & copyright

All content, design, code, text, graphics, layout, logos and materials on this website are the exclusive property of Zylark and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
